This was his reply to my email: (which pretty much gave it away for me )

Sorry I am replying so late mate, but I have been busy, just moved to England , UK with my family. The bike is still there in Australia , left it at a shipping company in DARWIN , NT .
Bike has been left to me in a will by my uncle, I am not a bike fan, never had one, don't even have a licence to drive, but I can tell you the bike runs perfectly, it is fully paid, no accidents.
If you are still interested, than please email me back so I can explain how we can do this without me being in Australia !

here's the follow up emails, dont access the link/website, as leads you to a boggus EBAY web site (im tipping he and his mates have created), so you feel likeyou are safe putting money in. Email response is as follows, note there isno contact for him or name atend of email.

The bike is still available.
Before leaving AUSTRALIA I had prearranged the deal with eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection www.ebaymotors.v.p.p.details.com.au.tt , so my presence in AUSTRALIA isn't necessary.
A few words about the process:
- You need to send me your full name , full address and phone number so I can set up the deal with eBay Motors; you will make a deposit to eBay Motors and they will secure the money.
- In the same day when you will make the deposit I will ship the bike and i will give you the tracking number.
- You will receive the bike and you have 5 days to inspect it.
- If you will keep the bike then you will send the rest of the money if not then you will get your full amount back from eBay Motors and the bike will be ship back at my expences .
