What is a good Video Sharing site?

Ok so I use Rapidshare which I admit can be a right pain so I am wondering what other video sharing services exist out there?

Others I know of are Megaupload and fileshare but I find them worse than Rapidshare.

I am after a free service that has no limits yet is easy to use for both uploads and downloads. I basically want it so that I can upload some of my vids to share with this group and others.

So what is out there.

You could try youtube.com Or why not just upload to the server that you are using for the upcoming website

You tube is ok but it is streaming only and that may mean some issues for dial up users.

As for uploading to teh site, we will be doing that eventually but need to get it a bit structred first so taht others can do teh same.
